The NESD Celtic Faire and Games is a family-friendly festival based in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and is held at Richmond Lake the third weekend in September. This annual event provides an exciting opportunity for all individuals who have any interest in Celtic heritage, history, arts, sports, dance, music, food, merchandise, livestock and dog breeds. Everyone is welcome to attend no matter what their heritage.

For over forty years, exhibitors have lined the pavement within Melgaard Park with their handcrafted wares on the third full weekend in June. Each year, this juried event attracts exhibitors from over a dozen states. It is estimated that over 20,000 people go through the park during the two-day event. Arts in the Park features fine and folk art, entertainment and a wide variety of food items.

Winterfest has been held on the weekend before Thanksgiving since 1978. The Winterfest Committee is committed to presenting a high-quality juried show with balance and variety between the various art forms as well as between fine and folk arts.
